Inspired by the clarity and detail of MartinLogan's ultra-high-end electrostatic loudspeakers, Motion 8 features a Folded Motion™ tweeter and powerful bass technology in a compact and affordable package. Key to Motion 8's performance is the lightning fast response of the tweeter's lightweight diaphragm combined with a large surface area (eight-times that of a typical one-inch dome tweeter). Motion 8 also has dual 4" woofers for bass response down to a highly respectable 70 Hz. The drivers' paper cones are doped for stability and damping.
