Customer's outside the U.S. can only pay via bank wire transfer or Paypal, and must email us for a shipping quote as our online shipping calculator ONLY offers shipping quotes for the U.S. DigitalCraze.com proudly ships to our Armed Forces. APO/FPO customers please email us for a quote. Most orders are shipped within two business days of receiving your order. Our goal is to deliver merchandise 7-14 business days from when you place your order, arrangements can be made for quicker delivery as long as it's mentioned to a sales person. No orders are processed, shipped or delivered on Saturdays or Sundays, unless special requests are made. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or email. If the delay is due to back order, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on back order, substitute to another item, or cancel your order. We are not obligated to issue tracking #'s to orders that are not chosen by UPS.
Free or $0 Shipped Orders: In addition please note that any orders that are returned or refused which at time of sale had free shipping or $0 shipping, will be assessed a shipping and handling charge along with any appropriate restocking fees.
TVs, Projection, Plasma and Speakers and Large Furniture:
Are shipped using Common Carriers and specialized delivery services and will generally arrive 7-14 working days after placing order. All TV's are delivered curbside and or as a no extra charge courtesy inside your front door permitting.

All Appliances are delivered curbside and or for an additional charge of $50-$150 in-home depending on the size, weight, and prior notice in advance with a sales rep. Products that ship freight will not include insurance and the customer will be responsible for a min. value of 7.5% (this includes all items on our website that ships with freight).
Any order placed and later canceled will be responsible for a 45% cancellation charge. DigitalCraze.com on most items offers an exclusive 7-day exchange/refund. Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards not filled-out, with manuals and accessories. The following products are not acceptable for credit, refund or exchange and must be repaired by manufacturers' authorized service centers: TVs and monitors 20" and up and plasma tvs along with large appliances. To locate a service center near you, please refer to your product manual. Car Stereo and electronic equipment should be "bench-tested" PRIOR to installation (units that have been installed, scratched, or abused WILL NOT BE accepted for return or credit!). Special orders can not be returned or canceled. Special orders are considered brackets, accessories, or products in general which are not stocked and noted to customer in advance that product(s) will need to be ordered just for them.
Due to our large part in the wholesale business and of course not the retail aspect, and in order for us to continue to provide customers such as yourself with amazing low out the door pricing we normally would not allow any returns on products back to us unless of course an issue arises with the product beyond control (damage,malfunctions, etc.) but in the case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for credit (excluding shipping, handling, and insurance charges), after you receive a Return Authorization number from DigitalCraze.com. Returns must be requested within 7 days of the product's receipt and once the return is scheduled product must be returned to us within 7 working days . Returns are subject up to a 50% restocking fee. Depending on the condition of the goods and packaging material additional charges may be incurred. Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RA# issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton.
Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid! We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured." Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.
Any and ALL international shipping charges are not accurate online as we are a U.S. based business and any if all international charges for shipping (including insurance) will be emailed to the customer after an order is submitted as obviously the outside of U.S. market place is very big. Our online shipping calculator is only set up to issue U.S. quotes by UPS, however we ONLY ship USPS over seas.
All products must be inspected before signing for it or up to one full business day for reviewing of product for any damages. No claims for concealed damage will be considered afterwards.

All audio equipment, components, and accessories come with a warranty. In some cases being we are NOT an authorized ONLINE dealer for majority of the products we sell, the product may come with a store warranty from Digital Craze only. In most cases the manufacturer may not even issue a valid serial number for the unit because it will not hold it's original manufacturers warranty. If a manufacturer denies access to it's warranty, DigitalCraze.com will step in and fully supply the product with the same full warranty and the same time duration on the warranty as would the manufacturer's original warranty be valid for BUT prior to calling the manufacturer DigitalCraze.com should be notified first in order to get warranty on the product. If an item is defective at anytime during the length of the manufacturer's original warranty, we will issue to you a UPS return label, and have it repaired or replaced and then returned to you at our expense (excluding TVs) which would be an in-home service. All items must be inspected upon receiving them immediately. You have 1 full business day to evaluate your product and report any damages, and if an item should be damaged or broken you must contact us right away within 1 day from arrival or product to inform us.
*Please note that if the manufacturer offers a LIFETIME warranty DigitalCraze.com will only offer an equivalent warranty of up to 3 years depending on the manufacturer.
